Medical Illustrations Portfolio
You might look at this page and wonder why it only has two illustrations showing. Unbridled optimism is the honest answer. I fully expect to be doing more of this kind of work in the future.
Most artists hold a deep respect for medical illustrators. You cannot get by on flourish and style alone in medical illustration. It demands fine draftsmanship and real technical comprehension. You have to understand what you are drawing, not just how to make it look good.
I do not have many examples of medical illustration yet. But I have plenty of examples of fine draftsmanship and technical comprehension elsewhere on this site. The same skills apply. Anatomy, proportion, clarity, precision. Those transfer across subjects.
If my modest collection of medical illustrations does not wow you on its own, please do not count me out before you have browsed more of my work. The foundation is there. I am ready when you are.
