Project Overview
I recently designed a custom map of the Bahia Mar area for the 2026 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show on behalf of St. Regis Resort & Residences. This piece builds on the official show map produced by Informa US Boat Shows, with added emphasis on the St. Regis presence at the event and the location of the VIP tender dock.
About St. Regis Resort & Residences Bahia Mar
The St. Regis Resort & Residences Bahia Mar will be a private waterfront retreat positioned between the ocean and the bay. The property will include a 200 room hotel, a 250 slip deepwater marina, and an exclusive full service Beach Club. It will also offer expansive private homes within a dedicated residential tower, along with fully serviced, turnkey resort residences.
Design Approach
The map follows the same icon system as the official show map, along with the numbering key used to identify points of interest. It also carries over the same dock labeling system, which keeps the layout familiar and easy to navigate for anyone who has already used the main show map.
A Dual Purpose Tool
This map serves two roles at once. For guests, it works as a practical wayfinding guide to the St. Regis locations and the VIP tender dock. For the brand, it functions as a visual marketing piece that puts St. Regis Resort & Residences in front of show attendees in a polished, memorable way.
