The Newport Beach International Boat Show is a carefully curated event that brings together live entertainment, immersive brand experiences, and an impressive collection of yachts from leading builders and brokerages. Set within one of Southern California’s most desirable coastal destinations, the show reflects the refined lifestyle and waterfront culture that Newport Beach is known for. Attendees can explore world class vessels while enjoying a relaxed yet upscale marina setting.
Escape Key Graphics created this illustrated event map to help visitors move through the show comfortably and with confidence. Although the perspective appears nearly straight overhead, the venue was first modeled in three dimensions using SketchUp to ensure accurate scale, realistic lighting, and subtle surface detail. The artwork was then refined and styled in Adobe Photoshop to enhance clarity and visual appeal. This production process also allows the map to be adapted for future editions of the show or adjusted to different viewing angles as needed.
Because the show footprint is compact, exhibitors are listed directly in the map legend and cross referenced to clearly named docks that are easy to remember. Labels identify key points of interest throughout the venue, while essential facilities and amenities such as restrooms and ticket sales are shown with intuitive icons. The result is a map that balances visual polish with practical wayfinding, making it a valuable tool for both attendees and event organizers.
