I created the album cover for Harmonic Motion by The Brainstorm Trust, a concept album inspired by the experience of visiting a small local theme park. The goal of the artwork was to capture a dreamlike, slightly distorted memory of a child exploring the park, evoking both nostalgia and whimsy. In collaboration with the client, we identified key elements to include in the illustration, with the clock in the archway serving as a central, eye-catching feature.
Following the cover illustration, I was commissioned to design this back cover, which features a detailed map of the fictional park. Both pieces were created as vector-based illustrations in Adobe Illustrator, allowing for precise control over color, composition, and scale while maintaining a visually engaging, polished look suitable for print and digital distribution.
These illustrations demonstrate how thoughtful, concept-driven artwork can complement music, enhance storytelling, and create a memorable visual identity for an album.
NOTE: I also designed the font used for the band name (Brainstorm Trust).
