Broadlands Marina and Residential Park is a well regarded waterside destination in East Anglia that brings together a full service inland marina with residential and holiday accommodation. The marina offers secure berths for a wide range of vessels and provides essential amenities such as fuel, pump out facilities, showers, and dining options. Set on the edge of Oulton Broad, Broadlands combines a peaceful natural environment with direct access to popular cruising routes and surrounding towns.
Escape Key Graphics was commissioned to create an illustrated map that clearly presents both the layout and character of Broadlands Marina and Residential Park. The overhead view allows visitors to quickly understand how the marina, berths, and residential areas are organized in relation to one another. Slips, buildings, and key features are clearly identified, supporting intuitive wayfinding while maintaining a refined and professional visual style.
The illustrated map serves as a flexible marketing and navigation tool across multiple formats. It is used online, in printed materials, and as on site signage to help orient guests upon arrival.
