Escape Key Graphics created this illustrated overhead real estate map using a clean and carefully considered vector based approach. Visual detail is applied with restraint to keep the map clear and easy to read, while still providing a sense of place. Individual plots are numbered directly within the illustration, allowing the overall layout of homes, access routes, and key features to be understood at a glance. The single access road, Churchill Drive, is clearly labelled, supporting straightforward orientation within the park. Amenities such as visitor parking, along with essential safety features including fire bell points, are identified using a consistent system of simple graphic icons.
