This color rendering was created from an existing, supplied, black and white CAD drawing. Rather than redesigning the layout from scratch, the focus was on elevating an otherwise technical image into something more visually inviting and easier for a broad audience to engage with. Many traditional CAD site plans are precise but cold in their presentation.
