Iguana Painting
Illustrator: John Potter - Escape Key Graphics
Acrylic on canvas
This painting was done as a study for an upcoming mural.

I started out with a rough sketch and then a more finished drawing followed by this painting. I painted with acrylics on un-stretched canvas stapled to a piece of sheet rock on my easel. Once completed I stretched the canvas. The final painting is 20"x9". Having made this small painting should reduce time and surprises when I do the full scale mural and give my client a better idea of what to expect.
