Illustration for a poster encouraging people to wear a mask
Artist, Illustrator: John Potter - Escape Key Graphics
Client: Boca Grove Golf and Country Club

This illustration was to promote mask wearing during the pandemic at a country club. Their mascot, which I designed for them, is a cartoon honeybell orange named Huey. I was working on sketches for several new versions of Huey doing different things. One was similar to this. When the client saw the sketch they loved it and asked I alter course and create this poster before completing the other project. I was excited to do this project since I loved album covers as a kid. I always wanted to do something kind of in the style of Doug Johnson. This was the perfect opportunity.
