The 2026 Miami International Boat Show Transportation Map is produced in three coordinated versions. The printed map used in the official show program and on site signage shares the same core content (although reformatted), while the web based version includes expanded parking information to support advance planning. Each map is designed as a clear overhead view built from accurate geographic data, allowing visitors to understand distances, routes, and relationships between venues at a reliable scale.
For 2026, special attention was given to visual and informational continuity across all formats. Recurring elements such as shuttle routes and shuttle stop listings are maintained as shared source files that connect directly to each map version. When updates are made, changes are applied automatically across all three outputs. The illustrated components of the map, while intentionally restrained, are also managed as linked assets, a workflow approach I have refined over several years. This method reduces production time, minimizes errors, and ensures consistency, while allowing the maps to remain flexible as event details evolve. Continual refinement of workflow and production methods is a key part of how I deliver clear, dependable mapping solutions for large scale public events.

The 2026 Miami International Boat Show spans four primary venues, and I produced a dedicated map for each location to address the unique layout and visitor needs of every site. In addition, I designed a comprehensive transportation map with versions tailored for web use, on site signage, and the official printed program. A vertical format map of the Miami Beach Yacht Collection along Collins Avenue was also developed specifically for large scale signage, allowing the same visual language to remain consistent while adapting to different viewing distances and physical environments.
Clear, well organized maps are essential to the success of large public events, helping visitors move efficiently between exhibits, displays, and amenities. Beyond basic wayfinding, thoughtfully designed event maps contribute to branding, marketing, and the overall perception of quality. I invite you to explore the rest of my portfolio to view additional examples of illustrated maps and custom visual solutions created for complex venues and high traffic events.
