Game Room Wall Art

I just completed this mural at the Boca Woods Country Club in their game room. The client's request was for something colorful and integrating pop culture iconography. The design is a sort of collage of pop elements including a game controller. I presented a digital mockup, made some requested revisions and then did a scale painting 42"x26". The painting allowed me to sort out some techniques and pre-mix a lot of the colors. I presented both of these to my client.

The idea was to layer several finished paintings, any one of which could have worked as a finished product. This is not an original idea but I enjoyed doing my own spin on it and the client is pleased.
