I did the page layout of the 2026 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show Directory. If you are interested in more about my work please enjoy my site.

show program

I did the page layout (or desktop publishing) for this show directory since 2022 as well as The Miami International Boat Show. I have done the desktop publishing of The Palm Beach International Boat Show since 2024. These directories are chock full of information to help maximize your time including my many map designs.

Page layout and tables for all of these directories were designed in Adobe InDesign. Listings were compiled from supplied Excel spreadsheets. Headers and page numbering is done in InDesign. The pages are originally created as spreads for proofing and easier visualization of pagination. These spreads eventually have to be broken into single pages for the printer. The maps are a combination of Sketchup Pro, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.

I have previously referred to these directories as programs, so if you're searching my site be aware. The publications say "directory" on the cover so I'm shifting my nomenclature to match.

* I did not design the cover or back cover and there are pages in there that were supplied by Informa Markets staff and/or sponsors.
The whole thing is pretty collaborative. Thanks to the staff at Informa Markets and all of the advertisement designers involved .
